Each rubber floor doormat is made from plush velvet and features a premium thermal dye sublimation print for long-lasting vibrant color. The bottom is made from high-quality rubber to prevent slipping and increase durability. 

We recommend gently vacuuming the carpet to aid in the treatment. 

Our doormat is a folding type, it is hard to avoid some wrinkles but they will disappear after 1-2 weeks of use. 

Doormats come in 3 sizes below: 

• Small: 40x60cm (16x24in) 
• Medium: 45x70cm (18x28in) 
• Large: 60×80 cm (24x31in) 

Due to manual measurement, some differences are unavoidable. Please be lenient!

• Processing time for items may take longer, from 5 to 7 business days. Once the shipment is loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 7-10 business days for the United States, and 7-15 business days for other countries.
• For the Mug product, the domestic U.S. delivery time is 3-7 business days, and international delivery time is 10-15 business days.

• If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/changing your order any more. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them.
