• Size can be customized from 59-63cm, hight: 12.5cm to suit for use.
• Each caps is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you when you order it - there may be slight design differences on the seams due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process!

Production Time: 3-5 business days. Please be patient.

Shipping Time: 7-20 business days will depend on your country or region.

• Processing time for items may take longer, from 5 to 7 business days. Once the shipment is loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 7-10 business days for the United States, and 7-15 business days for other countries.
• For the Mug product, the domestic U.S. delivery time is 3-7 business days, and international delivery time is 10-15 business days.

• If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/changing your order any more. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them.
